In 2000 the firm was
engaged by a Department of Defense prime contractor to calculate worldwide circuit costs for
the Defense Information Systems Agency for commercial viability after both
Grant Thornton and Booze Allen Hamilton failed to deliver. Using our proprietary cost analysis software, "StrataCalc", we were successfully able
to deliver a worldwide circuit operating cost report, including cost breakdowns
and commercial viability for various regions around the world.
